Looking for motivated Sales Marketing Person

Who are we?
We are a small U.S. based company in the telecommunication industry. We sell cellular phones in the U.S. and in Mexico.
We are looking for a self-motivated employee for a full time/part time position to follow up on sales leads and provide customer service/support. Out motto is “one call = one sale”
Your duties:
• After an online sale in Mexico is made you will contact the client by phone or E-mail to collect payment (Spanish Speaking Customers) and arrange shipping.

• You will enter the personal information of the client on an Excel document for further marketing efforts.

• For local clients (in San Diego California) you will set up a meeting for the client to pick up merchandise at a location to be determined.

• You should have some previous knowledge of cellular phones be on service or sales.

• Internet marketing will be performed by you when no client calls are made like placing ads in online classified sites, social network sites etc.

• Knowledge of basic accounting will help you succeed on this job because you will report daily account activity and arrange for follow up for clients that need more time to buy.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Person should be between 20-40 years old male or female candidate with strong communication skills verbal and writing in English and Spanish.

• Online sales experience would help you in this job.

• College graduate is a plus in something related to management, accounting, marketing, or international business.

• Computer skills like knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Skype, MSN instant messenger, Outlook (write good E-mails).
• Most of the time you will be following up with clients.
